Service basics

Is Inha Mamma an official Inha University service?

No. Inha Mamma is independently operated by Caelunova. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Inha University. The relevant university or cafeteria source remains authoritative.

What information does it organize?

The service brings currently available residence-hall and faculty cafeteria meal information into one mobile-friendly view. It is intended to reduce the effort of checking separate notices.

Does a listed item guarantee availability?

No. A menu or schedule can change after publication, and individual items can become unavailable. Check the latest official notice when availability affects an important decision.

Sources and verification

Why might the service and a cafeteria notice differ?

The official source may have been revised after the organized view was prepared, or a notice may apply to a different location, date, or meal period. Confirm those details first and then rely on the latest applicable official information.

When should I open the official source?

Open it when information appears inconsistent, when there is a holiday or unusual operating schedule, or when travel, payment, dietary safety, or another important decision depends on the result.

Does Caelunova decide cafeteria prices or schedules?

No. Caelunova organizes and explains available information. It does not operate a cafeteria or control its menus, prices, ingredients, opening hours, or availability.

Dietary and allergy questions

Can I use a menu label to make an allergy decision?

No. A short dish name is not a complete ingredient or cross-contact declaration. For allergy, medical, religious, or other dietary requirements, confirm the details directly with the responsible cafeteria.

Can ingredients change without the menu title changing?

They can. Recipes, suppliers, substitutions, and preparation conditions may change. Inha Mamma should be used as a convenient menu-information view, not as a food-safety certification.

Corrections and support

What should a correction report contain?

Include the cafeteria, date, meal period, incorrect or missing item, time observed, and a link or image of the relevant official information when available. This makes verification faster.

What information should I avoid sending?

Do not send passwords, payment details, health records, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information. A correction normally requires only service context and supporting source information.

Where can I report a problem?

Use the feedback option available in the service or the Caelunova contact page. For the verification standard, see the editorial and correction policy.
