2. Source standard

When a factual statement depends on an external source, the preferred source is the organization directly responsible for that information. A source is evaluated for relevance to the service, location or course, applicable date or academic period, and type of decision being made.

Time-sensitive information can change after publication. A source link or attribution is therefore context, not a guarantee that a meal, schedule, course, or vacancy remains available. Where a conflict is identified, the latest applicable official notice or system takes priority over the organized view.
