Include the relevant service or page, cafeteria when applicable, affected date and meal period, what appears incorrect, and the most direct official source available. Screenshots are useful when they avoid personal or sensitive information.

Include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology involved when relevant. See the accessibility statement for the current approach.
